শর্তাবলী:
১*বিরুপ আবহাওয়া, যানজট কিংবা কোনো দূর্ঘটনায় সার্ভিস বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

1(Service may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather, traffic jams or accidents.)

২*গ্রাহকের এলাকার রাস্তার অবস্থার উপর নির্ভর করে নির্ধারিত চার্জ এর সাথে এক্সট্রা চার্জ যোগ হতে পারে।

2(Extra charges may be added to the prescribed charges depending on the road conditions in the customer’s area.)

৩* গ্রাহক নির্দেশিত শপ থেকে ক্রয়কৃত খাবার বা বস্তুর মান এবং পরিমাণের ব্যাপারে আমাদের কোনো দায় থাকবেনা।

3(We shall not be responsible for the quality and quantity of food or items purchased from the shop indicated by the customer.)

৪*গ্রাহক পন্যের বিবরণ অর্ডার ফরম্যাটে যেভাবে প্রদান করবেন সেই অনুযায়ী পন্য এসেছে কিনা তা রাইডারের সামনে চ্যাক করে গ্রহণ করবেন।

4(Customer shall provide the product details in the order format and check the product in front of the rider.)

৫*আমরা অবৈধ পণ্য পরিবহন করিনা, ভুল তথ্যের মাধ্যমে নেয়া অবৈধ পণ্যর সম্পূর্ণ দায় গ্রাহকের।

5(We do not transport illegal products, the customer is fully responsible for illegal products taken through wrong information.)

৬*পরিশোধিত অর্থের কোনো নোট যদি অচলাবস্থা প্রতীয়মান হয় তবে গ্রাহক সেটা পরিবর্তন করে দিতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।

(If any note of the amount paid appears to be in default, the customer shall be obliged to exchange it.)
